Click Transport from the main menu.

You can manage your organisation’s vehicles, locations, trip assignments, and vehical movements. The module has the following main sections:

Locations

Navigate to Transport → Locations to view and manage all transport destinations used in your organisation.

You can view, filter and manage all locations such as:

• View and manage all locations such as:
  • Medical, Business, Community ,Non-client personal addresses, etc.
• Use filters to sort locations by:
  • Active or Inactive
• View and update:
  • General location details
  • Map view for visual reference
  • Print functionality

Do not delete locations. If a location is no longer required, simply mark it as inactive.

You can create locations in the location page or while making a trip booking in the trip roster

In the Trip Roster, you can only update required fields. It will then add to the location list and need to update the other field back in locations page.
