Warning: There are meal runs without stock locations.

This can cause errors in your stock calculations.

Please add stock locations to all meal runs and contact Polixen.

Stock Locations

By default you have just Head Office as your stock location, if you want to add other locations (Admistration → Polixen Data → Stock Locations)

If any meal runs a missing a stock location, you will see the following warning about missing stock locations and this can cause problems with stock control working.

Stock Location on meal run

To set a stock location in a Meal Run, you hust need to add the stock location in the meal run information tab

Add Stock Shipment

To add a new stock shipment to Polixen, click the Stock Control link in the main menu, then click the New Shipment link. You can also click the New Shipment button on the View Shipments page.

On this page you will need to enter the following details:

• Supplier
• Arrival Date
• Stock Location
