Please add stock locations to all meal runs and contact Polixen.

By default you have just Head Office as your stock location, if you want to add other locations (Administration → Polixen Data → Stock Locations)
If any meal runs a missing a stock location, you will see the following warning about missing stock locations and this can cause problems with stock control working.
To set a stock location in a Meal Run, you hust need to add the stock location in the meal run information tab

If your organisation has a cooking kitchen, you need to set yourself up as an on-site supplier. Once that is done, you need to make sure all of your meals have a supplier set. To do that, go to administration → meals and services. Under meal setup, click on the "i" button next to a meal name and make sure you select a meal supplier, then save changes.

To access suppliers, go to Administration → Polixen Data → Suppliers
Here you should view a list of all your suppliers. If you need to add one, simply click "new supplier" and add as much or as little information as you want. I'll just fill out a name for now and create a new supplier. As you can see in this column, each supplier has a location type.
