Put an accounts freeze from 2025-10-31 (go to admin > polixen setup > system config)
Update your services/meals prices
By default, Client Accounts history refreshes every morning at 3am but this might not apply to your system.
You can push an accounts update if you need to review accounts' history on the same day of making the accounts freeze and price increase
(Administration → Polixen Setup → System Config → Admin Actions → Update Accounts) Then make the start date from the 1st of November

This feature allows you to manage service outlets, providers and client groups’ price tiers for both jobs and meals.
You can request to be prioritised on an opt-in basis. Please give us a call on 1300 790 592 or put in a ticket if you wish to start using this feature.
To update services, go to Administration > Meals & Services or Service Types
Then click services
Here are all your services with their details like the Rate Type, Client Rate, Price tiers (there can be more or less depending how your price tiers are set up) Active From and Active To
Under Services, select a Service by clicking on the blue ‘i’ button next to it.
